What it is

Caribbean Rum imported to Ireland from Barbados
Lightly barrel-aged (too much time and the 'oakiness' fights with the spice!)
A specially created spice blend gives Spike Island Rum its unique taste.
40% ABV.
70cl Bottle.
Smooth and warming with a slight kick to the finish.
Stands up well in cocktails – a bartenders dream.
Takes its name from the historic Spike Island off the south coast of Ireland.
Received its first International Award in July at the IWSC Awards.
